Motion made by Justice Beatty seconded by Justice Dederer that
bills be paid. Carried
Motion made by Justice Beatty seconded by Councilman DeVoe that
Mr.'iinfield S.Beasley be and hereby is appointed enforcement
agent for the multiple residence law at a salary to be determined
at a future date. Carried
Motion made by Justice Dederer seconded by Justice Beatty that
the attached enableing ordinances in regard to Sunday sports &
entertainment be discussed at a public hearing to be held at
7:30 F.M. in the Town Hall on August 14 th. and that the Town
clerk give the required legal notice of such public hearing.
Carried
Motion made by Councilman pager seconded by Councilman DeVoe
that meeting adjourn. Carried.

infectious or contagious diseases of any kind.
