On the 14th.day of August 1952 a Public Hearing was held by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger at 7:30 o'clock P.Y.in the evening in the Town Office upon the question of the enactment or the following two ordinances. No persons or parties were present to be heard,the ordinances were then adopted i,n the following form and by the following vote.
