Motion Made by Justice Beatty seconded by Justice Lyons that bills
bi paid.

Motion made by Justice Beatty seconded by Justice Lyons that the bid submitted
by the Ralph C.Herman Company dietr Putor, of Mick Motor Trucks be accepted the
same being the lowest bid received and that the Town Superintendent of Highway
be and he is hereby authorized and empowered to enter into a contract for the
purchase of said highway machinery, subject to the approval of the County Supt.

the Toym Board go on record favoring private enterprize in the developement
of additional by"dro-4aectrical power from -the Niagara River. Carried
Motion made by Councilman Hager seconded by Justice Beatty that the
resignation of Harry B.Griswold Supt -of Highway,Town of Wappinger be accepted
with regret. Carried
