RESOLUTION: 2007-233
Resolution Authorizing Attendance to NYSBOC 2007 NYS Fire Code Conference
WHEREAS, George Kolb, Mark Liebermann, Tatiana Lukianoff, Salvatore Morello III,
and Susan Dao have requested authorization to attend the New York State Building Officials
Conference (NYSBOC) 2007 NYS Fire Code Conference, to be held November 14t1i in Hopewell
Junction, New York, at a cost of no more than Sixty Dollars and 00/100 ($60.00) a person for a
total of Three Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($300.00).
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That George Kolb, Mark Liebermann, Tatiana
Lukianoff, Salvatore Morello III, and Susan Dao are hereby authorized to attend the NYSBOC
2007 NYS Fire Code Conference, to be held November 14t" in Hopewell Junction, New York, at
a cost of no more than Sixty Dollars and 00/100 ($60.00) a person for a total of Three Hundred
Dollars and 00/100 ($300.00).

Discussions
A. Comptroller's Office Software - Edmunds & Associates Inc.
Supervisor Ruggiero opened the discussion at 7:39 PM. Jean Gallucci, the Town
Comptroller had invited representatives of Edmunds & Associates, Inc., Joe Rodriguez and Jeff
Stout, to give the Board an overview of a product that they offer. They offer a software package
that could be beneficial to the Comptroller's office. Mr. Rodriguez began his PowerPoint
presentation.
At the conclusion of the presentation, Supervisor Ruggiero asked if there were any
questions. Councilman Bettina asked what the cost of the product is. Mr. Rodriguez had sent a
proposal to the Comptroller. The comptroller added that it would depend on how many modules
the Town asked for. With all of the training, a ballpark cost would be $50,000. It includes first-
year support. The annual support thereafter would be between $7000 and $9000 annually.
Discussion followed. In closing, Mr. Rodriguez asked that the Board look into the references.
Supervisor Ruggiero closed the discussion at 8:06 PM.
