Resolution Appointing a Member to the Town of Wappinger Planning Board
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 7,
2013.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Ismay Czarniecki
Michael Kuzmicz
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czarniecki and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the appointment of Constance O. Smith to the Town of Wappinger
Planning Board expired on January 1, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger wishes to appoint Max Dao to
the Planning Board for a seven (7) year term, which term will expire on December 31, 2019.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Max Dao is hereby appointed as a
Member of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for a seven (7) year term commencing
January 1, 2013, with the appointment terminating December 31, 2019.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
