Resolution Confirming Appointment of Secretary to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of
Appeals
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 7, 2013.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czarniecki and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, on March 26, 2012, the Town Board adopted Resolution No. 2012-133, appointing
Susan Rose to the position of Secretary to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board wishes to confirm the appointment of Susan Rose as Secretary to
the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby confirms Susan Rose's appointment to the position of Secretary
to the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Susan Rose shall be paid the annual salary of $30,817.00
effective January 1, 2013 to be paid in 52 weekly installments retroactive to and commencing on January
4, 2013, and in accordance with the Union Contract with the International Brotherhood of Teamsters,
Loca1445, with an effective date of January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
