Resolution Appointing Dog Control Officer for the Town of Wappinger
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 7,
2013.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

Ismay Czarniecki
Michael Kuzmicz
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czarniecki and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Jerald Owen is hereby appointed as Dog Control Officer for
the Town of Wappinger for calendar year 2013.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Jerald Owen shall receive salary as set forth
in the duly adopted Budget for the Town of Wappinger for calendar year 2013 and that said
salary shall be payable in 52 weekly installments retroactive to and commencing on January 4,
2013, and in accordance with the Union Contract with the International Brotherhood of
Teamsters, Loca1445 with an effective date of January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2013.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
