The Recreation COmmission of the TOwn of Wappinger met on December
14, 1978 at Town Hall, Mill Street, Wappingers Falls, New York.
Present: Hugh J. Maurer, Chairman, Mary Schmalz, Frank Presti and
Joseph Bnnesser, Director.
The pUrPOse of this meeting was to compi~e encumbered bills for
1978. This was done by those present. Since there was not a
quorum, no other business was condllcted. The list was due in by
December 21, 1978 and those present we.. instructed to turn their
lists in to the secretary so she could turn them over to the
Comptroller by noon on that day.
