The regular meeting of the Town of Wappingers Recreation
Commission was held October 6, 1983 at Town Hall, Mill Street, Village
of Wappingers falls, County of Dutchess, New York,
No Quorum. Present were Chairman Hugh J. Maurer, Mary
Schmalz. Ronald Petro arrived at 8115.
Attending were representatives Mr. & Mrs. Victor L. Gennodie,
4 Strawberry Hill Wappingers falls, New York 297-4870 from the BMX
Racing Track. They gave us some information and we will get back with
them.
The secretary mentioned for Mr. Ennesser thatl
1. A concert is scheduled for December 18 at 3100 p.m. at
the Jr. High School.
2. He has spoken with Chelsea Commissioners about the
Playground problems.
3. Schlathaus Pace had 74 adults and 32 children.
4. Aerobics will start October 19th at 7&00 at Myers Corners
School.
5. footlights are on order for Schlathaus Park.

6. No response from John Jay about using their facilities.
7. Horse Show is October 9, 1983. Advertising on radio,
in Poughkeepsie Journal and Southern Dutchess News.
