PRESENT: Hugh J. Maurer, Chairman, Joseph Mastroianni, Mary Schmalz and
Robert Blose, Director
Since there was not a quorum present no meeting was held.
Members left at 8:30 after waiting an hour for a possible quorum.
Mr. Maurer mentioned that the Horse Show has been cancelled this
year because of lack of interest.
