was held June 12, 1986 at Town Hall, Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess
County, New York.

Mr. Blose reported the following:
1. The summer program is about in order and brochures will be

30th. Since Chelsea Playqround will be going swimming the first 2 weeks,
they will have pre-registration Saturday the 28th.
2. On Junp 9th he attended a meeting with the Chelsea Fire
Distr ict and they had the followinq concerns:
a. They mentioned they wanted the bicycle rack
removed from the side of the buildinq. Mr.

project since it is in concrpte. It was decided
to leave it there for the present time since
it is on thp side of the building and so
difficult to remove.
b. Thpv also had several concerns reqardinq liability
lnsurance. Mr. Blose discussed this with them.
c. They are concerned about the yard on the side
between the bUlldlng and the Church. There is a
