The winter programs are well under way with Jazzercise on Wednesday nights, Exercise and Volleyball on Monday and Thursday nights, Mens and Womens Volleyball on Tuesday nights and Mens Open Basketball on Wednesday nights. 2. He has had several problems setting up the gymnastics program which was previously held at the Wappinger Jr. High. He spoke with Jack Biasotti at the Jr. High and they won't let us use their equipment and from what Mr. Reimer gathers it stems from an incident which happened over 10 years ago. Myers Corners School was then contacted and approval was received to use their facilities. The program this year will be run by Art Goldner who has helped Brenda Peura run the program from the past few years. Brenda has agreed to do a 2 or 3 week daily summer gymnastics program. 3. Skating at Schlathaus has been good so far. Notice will be put in Mr. Reimer's column in the Southern Dutchess News. 4. Shirts have been ordered for the Summer Program. 5. Amy Slacin has reworked the Job Applications Form and the Permission Forms. Copies were handed out for the Commission Members to review. ~~618~e~:e 8~EQ8I Mr. Holt reported the following: 1. All applications must include back up information, cost estimates and schedules. If it involves construction it must be accompanied by cost and support in- formation. John Hover has been asked to work as a consultant to write up a presentation for the Robinson Lane Building/ Shelter we will apply for. It is thought that because the lines go through the Chelsea area that Castle Point might be a good place for a proposal. After a discussion it was decided that Mr.Stoller will write up a proposal for a soccer complex at the site. The third item we will go in with will be for the storage/rest room building at Quiet Acres. Mrs. Korz will work on this proposal. The meeting was adjourned at 9:15 on a motion by Mr. Stoller seconded by Mrs. Drennan. Peggy Roe Secretary Page 3
