Call to Order
Supervisor Barbara Gutzler called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.

Town Hall
Supervisor Gutzler stated that the purpose of the meeting was to interview for various
professional services and that it will be a non-voting meeting. The following people were
interviewed by the Town Board. Pam Richardson, Attorney, from Gellert & Klein, Greg Bolner
from Clark Patterson Lee, David Stolman from Frederick P, Clark Association, Robert Gray,
Managing Engineer contractor for Morris Associates and Al Roberts, Attorney from Stenger,
Roberts, Davis & Diamond. Each stated their qualifications and fielded questions from the
Board.
Mike Schetter and Anthony Mazziotti, Independent Associates representing Veridian Energy,
gave a presentation to the Town Board regarding Energy savings for the town, as did Pat
Manning, former NY State Assemblymen, and Ray Rabenda, President of the Beacon Chamber
of Commerce.
