Mr. Holt gave a summation of the fence problem and also what happened last year when he hired someone to take down the scrub brush on the opposite side of the road. He came back and he was out for family illness, then he was out sick 4 . Recreation Commission Minutes October 3, 2007 and then wanted a week's vacation. He was a good worker when he was in but he was out altogether too much so we ended his time for this year. We didn't rule out his coming back in 2008 though. Mr. Holt went over the list of the personnel. We have full time Bob Sheridan, Fred Youngman and Joseph DeRosa. Anthony Mussara, another full time employee, had the accident and we don't know if or when he will come back. Rodney Diaz left and went to Con Ed full time but he still comes in part time to help. Our seasonal employees are Frank McKinney, who is 78 and comes in and does mowing, and Bernie Roe. Mr. Holt mentioned that from the day the Town Board approves the purchase there is a 45 day delay so people have a chance to say no. After the 45 days, the Comptroller obtains the money to make the purchase. We will probably get the truck in January or February.
