Resolution Naming the Roads Located in Hilltop Village
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 24,
2013.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czarniecki and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, in order to comply with the Dutchess County Enhanced 9-1-1 Response
Program, the Town must name public and private roads within the Town; and
WHEREAS, James Tompkins, Program Assistant from the Dutchess County Enhanced
9-1-1, Department of Emergency Response has contacted the Fire Inspector to the Town of
Wappinger, Mark Liebermann, in reference to formally naming the roads to be constructed in
Hilltop Village in accordance with the Resolution of Site Development Plan and Wetlands
Permit Approvals granted by the Planning Board on March 18, 2013 in connection with the age
restricted development known as "Hilltop Village at Wappingers Falls"; and
WHEREAS, the following names have been approved by Dutchess County Enhanced 9-
1-1, as well as Mark Liebermann, the Town Fire Inspector, for the above named development:
• Road A -Brentwood Drive
• Road B -Stratford Lane
• Road C -Farmington Road
• Road D -Dutch Court
• Road E -Fairhaven Drive
• Road F -Linwood Drive
• Road G -Palmerton Drive
• Road H -Avondale Lane
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby approves and authorizes the
use of the following names for the proposed roads in the Hilltop Village at
Wappingers Falls as follows:
• Road A -Brentwood Drive
• Road B -Stratford Lane
• Road C -Farmington Road
• Road D -Dutch Court
• Road E -Fairhaven Drive
• Road F -Linwood Drive
• Road G -Palmerton Drive
• Road H -Avondale Lane
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
