Resolution Authorizing Greenway Conservancy for the Hudson River Valley 2013 Trail Grant
Application
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,l~Tew York, on September 9, 2013.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Czarniecki and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger is applying to the Hudson River Valley Greenway for a
grant under the 2013 Greenway Conservancy Small Grant Program for a project entitled Develop &
Update Informational Trail Materials (Maps & Brochures) to be located in the Town of Wappinger; and
WHEREAS, the grant application requires the applicant municipality to obtain the
approvaUendorsement of the governing body of the municipality or municipalities in which the project
will be located.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby does approve and endorse the
application for a grant under the 2013 Greenway Conservancy Small Grant Program, for
a project known as Develop & Update Informational Trail Materials (Maps & Brochures)
and located within this community.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
