%W Resolution Establishing the Amount of Undertakings to be Furnished by the Officers and
Employees of the Town of Wappinger
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
9th, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor
Councilmembers
ABSENT:
Christopher J. Colsey
William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Maureen McCarthy
Joseph P. Paoloni
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
BE IT RESOLVED, that all the official Bonds and undertakings by the officers, clerks
or employees of the Town of Wappinger may be in the form of a blanket undertaking from any
�'w duly authorized corporate surety and said undertaking shall indemnify the Town of Wappinger
against the loss of the type more particularly set for in Article 2 Section 11 of the Public Officers
Law.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
