�%w Resolution Setting Salary Scale for All Town Employees
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
9th, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town Board has created a scale system based on pay grades and steps
for all positions as produced by AMTEK on August 11th, 2005; and
WHEREAS, the Merit Pay Evaluation System, which the Town has discussed and
1*4r partially implemented, will be incorporated and used as a basis for any increase in pay,
regardless of the pay grade of the employee.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the salary grades for various Town positions is as follows:
