Resolution Appointing Town of Wappinger Ethics Board
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
14th, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale (arrived at 7:07 PM)
Vincent F. Bettina (arrived at 7:07 PM)
Maureen McCarthy
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Wappinger Town Board is charged with appointing an Ethics
Board made up of five members with the Town Supervisor and each Councilperson
appointing one representative, and
WHEREAS, the appointments for the Town of Wappinger are as follows:
Supervisor Chris Colsey appoints Paul Pilon
Councilman Willaim Beale appoints Vincent Francese
Councilman Vincent Bettina appoints Joseph Incoronato
Councilman Maureen McCarthy appoints Joseph Ruggiero
Councilman Joseph Paoloni appoints Robert Valdati
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
