Resolution Authorizing Town Clerk to Utilize Vendor to Shred Documents in Accordance
with New York State Retention Schedule
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
1 Ith, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Christopher J. Colsey
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina (Arrived at 7:15 PM)
Maureen McCarthy
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman McCarthy and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby authorizes
the Town Clerk to contract with Shred -it to dispose of documents in accordance with the New
aw York State Retention and Disposition Schedules at an expense not to exceed $900.00.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
