Resolution Approving the Purchase of a Printer for the Town of Wappinger Supervisor's
Office
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
11th, 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by
Councilwoman McCarthy.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Supervisor does not have an assigned printer; and,
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Supervisor regularly prints information and
documents recognized as proprietary and/or confidential in his service to the Town of
Wappinger.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Wappinger Town Board hereby authorizes the
purchase of a printer dedicated to the Town Supervisor at a value not to exceed two hundred
dollars ($200.00).
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
