Resolution Approving the Purchase of a Replacement Printer for the Town of Wappinger
Accounting Department
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on February
11', 2008.
The meeting was called to order by Christopher Colsey, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Accounting Department has expressed concern
over the printing quality and reliability of a printer dedicated to the Bookkeeper;
WHEREAS, the printer in use was formerly a shared office computer and inherited by
the former Bookkeeper prior to the original contract with Duality, Inc., appointed computer
consultants to the Town of Wappinger; and,
WHEREAS, the firm of Duality, Inc. has determined the repair costs of the printer to
exceed that of its replacement cost.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town of Wappinger Town Board hereby authorizes the
replacement of the Accounting Department printer to a value not to exceed two hundred dollars
($200.00).
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
