Resolution Authorizing Return of Escrow Deposited to Insure Proper Installation of Driveway,
Striping, Paving, and Seeding for 12 Barristers way
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October 28, 2013.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Bettina and seconded by Councilman
Beale.
WHEREAS, on or about February 22, 2013, Allen Kaplan, President/Owner of Kaplan
Insurance, posted Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00) to be held in escrow with the Town of Wappinger
to insure the satisfactory installation of a driveway, including striping, paving and seeding of disturbed
areas for premises located at 12 Barrister's Way; and
WHEREAS, Engineer to the Town, Robert J. Gray, and Zoning Administrator, Barbara Roberti,
have confirmed that the work for which the escrow was established has been satisfactorily completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes a refund of escrow in the amount of Six Thousand
Dollars ($6,000.00) to Allan Kaplan, 12 Barrister's Way, Wappingers Falls, New York
12590.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
