Resolution Authorizing Return of Escrow Deposited to Insure Proper Installation of Driveway for 4
Maloney Drive
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on October 28, 2013.
The meeting was called to order by Barbara Gutzler, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following were present:

Michael Kuzmicz
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Kuzmicz and seconded by
Councilwoman Czarniecki.
WHEREAS, on or about February 8, 2010, Lisa and Kevin Roys posted One Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) to be held in escrow with the Town of Wappinger to insure the
satisfactory installation of a driveway for premises located at 4 Maloney Drive; and
WHEREAS, Engineer to the Town, Robert J. Gray, and Zoning Administrator, Barbara Roberti,
have confirmed that the work for which the escrow was established has been satisfactorily completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby authorizes a refund of escrow in the amount of One Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) to Lisa and Kevin Roys, 4 Maloney Drive,
Wappingers Falls, New York 12590.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
