Resolution Establishing Salaries for Certain Exempt Civil Service Positions in the Town of
Wappinger
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
2" d, 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmembers - William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
ABSENT: Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Paoloni and seconded by
Councilman Beale,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the annual salaries for the following named Town Officers and
Employees be and the same hereby are fixed and established at the following rates:
Supervisor $ 53,000.00
Deputy Supervisor $ 1,000.00
Town Justice $ 26,000.00
Town Justice $ 26,000.00
1 Councilman $ 9,465.00
1 Councilman $ 9,465.00
1 Councilman $ 9,465.00
1 Councilman $ 9,465.00
Town Clerk $ 48,871.00
Budget Officer $ 7,000.00
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the salaries of the persons holding the
aforesaid Positions shall be paid with 52 pay periods throughout the year 2007 with the first
payday to be January 5, 2007, and
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
