Resolution Designating the Time and Place for Holding Town Board Meetings
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
2nd, 2007.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor

ABSENT:

William H. Beale
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Maureen McCarthy
The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Bettina.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Regular Monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town
of Wappinger shall be held at 7:30PM at the Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, in the Town of
Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, in the evening of the 4th Monday of each month, or at
such other place or places within the Town of Wappinger as the Town Board shall from time to
time designate.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Regular Workshop monthly meeting of
the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger shall be held at 7:30PM at the Town Hall, 20
Middlebush Road, in the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, in the evening of
the 2nd Monday of each month, or at such other place or places within the Town of Wappinger as
the Town Board shall from time to time designate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that when a regularly scheduled board meeting or
workshop occurs on a holiday, the meeting or workshop will be held on the following Tuesday.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
